I just realised something
The main reason primary schools do the Ning Nang Nong poem is because it’s a favourite of Prince Charles. So actually it is kind of a British thing.
What’s interesting is that when I said it wasn’t I actually knew why schools did it I just forgot that A) not all countries have the same school structure as us so ‘primary schools’ actually are kind of a British thing...
